Context

A model with a small but credible book of editorial work was at the point where the next twelve months would either consolidate the career or stall it. The previous agency had relied on volume; the talent wanted curation.

Brief

Reposition the talent for editorial covers and select campaigns in Europe and the United States. Hold the line on commercial work that would dilute the book. Keep the operation transparent — every booking, every fee, every cut.

Approach

1. 01Rebuilt the book with three editorial photographers across Paris, Milan, and New York.
2. 02Closed the talent's old commercial roster except for two long-standing brand relationships.
3. 03Opened a US presence via established casting relationships in New York.
